Hello everyone!
I am almost 30, 6 years background in tourism, I spent the last 4 years working in Malaysia and since last month I am back to Italy.
Here below the highlights:
November 2014: I start writing my business idea
February 2015: I quit my job and found two possible co-founders
End of March 2015: I started to work for one of the possible co-founder
April: my business idea development is stuck
The two possible co-founders have their own company so they are really busy.
Weekdays I am working for one of them for his company.
The end of the week I am very tired to work on my business idea.
I wrote a basic business plan/business model canvas...now what I should do next?
I am working on a online tourism business...my expertise is about tourism, one possible co-founder is a software developer for tour operators and the other one is an expert of S.E.O./ online marketing.
I have a dream: move to San Francisco, learn from that environment and try to find investors ''to make it big''.
Now I feel stuck and confused...I don't know what to do next.....
