Using BrowserCam for website testing

I recently learned about a service called BrowserCam, that allows remote website testing using a variety of different operating systems and browsers.
Has anyone tried this service? I am about to launch my site and this definitely looks like something I could use.

I have not tried BrowserCam but it definitely looks useful as long as you know how to apply the results. For example, a user might "want" something but not know why. Knowing "why" is more important than knowing "what".
