Hey Andrew,

I agree that social media can be one way to recruit new people. You should also try some online jobsites and groups on e.g. linkedin. Apart from that there are always willing people to found at universities and new graduate students. And if you really want to find someone reliable you should think about hiring a headhunter or agency to find the right person for you. And trust me, old-school newspaper articles and own network associations can work just fine as well! Good luck

You can get relevant people on linked In and in-fact social networks are helpful too. Public groups and online forums can be another tool for you.
