In need of garment prototype

I'm new to the forum and I'm actually trying to work on a couple of ideas. One is a clothing accessory but I need to make a prototype. After that, I'm not sure if a patent is necessary or not.

So, does anyone know where I can get a garment prototype made and should I get an NDA and non-compete, and/or non-solicitation agreement signed?
