Hello Guys,What is PPC, its also a part of seo or its different? please help let me know about PPC. so please share your feedback.Thanks.
PPC is another part of traffic source, it is "organic" and "paid"(ppc) searches. Some people get SEO to help with their ORGANIC searches, but Google is starting to make everything secure searches, so they are losing out on some of the keywords people are typing because it shows up as "not provided" instead of the actual keywords. PPC is also ran by a company which is usually controlled through their marketing partners. They tell them how much they would like to spend on PPC (ex 500$) a month. So they would look for the best and cheapest keywords to bring up their traffic.
Hope this helps you understand PPC and how it's part of SEO!
Pay per click (PPC) (also called cost per click) is an internet advertising model used to direct traffic to websites, in which advertisers pay the publisher (typically a website owner) when the ad is clicked. It is defined simply as “the amount spent to get an advertisement clicked.”
With search engines, advertisers typically bid on keywordphrases relevant to their target market. Content sites commonly charge a fixed price per click rather than use a bidding system. PPC "display" advertisements, also known as "banner" ads, are shown on web sites or search engine results with related content that have agreed to show ads. *Wikipedia
if anyone is interested - there is a great way you can do what is called conversion tracking... I can track what keywords generate calls by using something called reverse proxy, which allows me to have a landing page which looks identical to my own website, where I can put specific telephone numbers... meaning I can track back to which keywords, or ad groups, are generating calls, not just clicks... It really is worth taking a look into

PPC is a type of sponsored online advertising that is used on a wide range of websites, including search engines, where the advertiser only pays if a web user clicks on their ad. Hence the title, ‘pay per click.’
You should look into reverse proxy for PPC - fantastic - allows you to track via telephone numbers or call to actions - which ad groups are generating calls!
