please help!! need idea for school project

Hey guys,
I have a school project where we must come up with a problem/frustration in the insurance, banking, or investing industry and solution to it via technology.
I have been trying to brainstorm for the last few days, but I can't seem to come up with anything viable, would anyone be able to share some ideas they may have, or help me get the ball rolling?
The purpose of this year long project is more of developing the business plan, rather than actually creating the business, so financial limitations are not a problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!
